Description: As a photographer and writer, Remy Hayes, chronicled people from diverse walks of life all who shared one common denominator - facing a fork in the road as a result of the economic downturn. Rather than giving up, these individuals allowed the course of their lives to develop in an entirely new and different direction. What devastated so many, became the impetus to create new lives that are rich in a currency uniquely their own and free from the confines of money.
