Artist Message
I was born in Princeton NJ, but raised in a suburb of Minneapolis. I grew up sailing in the summer and cross country skiing in the winter, during the in between season my dad and I would go out and take pictures. I have an MFA in Painting, I teach photography part-time at Columbia college to keep my foot in the door of academia and to have access to their giant printers. I live in Chicago's hipster East village neighborhood with my two kids two dogs and one wife. I 've worked for giant companies like International Paper and Matel and small newspapers that are free in coffee shops.
