Artist Message
Born and raised in Scotland, now living in San Francisco, I specialize in collaged illustration with hand lettered words and a quirky, offbeat sense of humor. I work in black and white and color, for editorial, advertising, design, publishing, or any other category you can think up. Having been an advertising copywriter for many years, I am always happy to write and come up with the concepts that I illustrate. And I'm equally happy just to draw whatever you tell me. All those years in advertising have made me surprisingly professional, so while I admit to being a bit scared of monkeys, I'm not the least bit scared of deadlines. Oh yes, and I'm hilariously funny.
