Artist Message
Born and raised in Scotland, now living in San Francisco, USA. I have a funny accent and two, very different styles of work but my speciality is humor, particularly quirky, offbeat humor. I work in black and white or in color, for editorial, advertising, design, publishing, or whatever else you can think of. I worked as an advertising copywriter for many years in both the USA and the UK, so I am more than happy to write and come up with the concepts that I illustrate. And I'm equally happy just to draw what you tell me. All those years in advertising have made me surprisingly professional, so while I admit to being a bit scared of monkeys, I'm not the least bit scared of deadlines. Oh yes, and I'm hilariously funny. No, really, I am. |
