Artist Message
I specialize in art directing and executing images for industries such as banking, health care, insurance, and technology. I enjoy creating symbols for modern business -- combining symbols, contrasting them, speaking a non-verbal, global language. I received a B.F.A. in drawing from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and an M.F.A. in painting from Washington University in St. Louis. I have worked as an Illustrator since 1993, and have also worked as a designer on print and interactive projects. I have created stock images for Artville as well as under the pseudonym Jon Allen for Brand X pictures.
