Artist Message
It's all about feeling: Creating an emotional connection in images that range from quiet and still to explosively dynamic. I love shooting people with a zest for life. I can work fast and light or crew up as needed for both stills and motion production with a great team and a great producer.
Every assignment is an opportunity to create something extraordinary....and have a lot of fun. Authentic, emotional, time-slowing, cinematic imagery is how I see the world. And my notepad is filled with future personal projects.
I was born in Kuwait, roots in NY, and raised in a few countries (Panama was my favorite.) Life began in the darkroom every day after high school followed by college to be an astronomer (didn't but love it). From school in New York, Linda and I landed in California after taking the Jeep CJ cross country and happily stuck. We live in Santa Barbara with cats, fish and teens that love to create..
