Artist Message
Mallory shoots underwater and fashion. She is focusing on underwater concepts for editorial and advertising. Mallory has two BA's in Photography. One in fine art and one in Commercial photography. She has traveled extensively shooting fashion in Paris, Milan, and New York. Also, she is an award winning photographer. Mallory is signed with Corbis stock agency for her underwater, fashion, and beauty work. Mallory has been shooting underwater for almost 3 years and loves the experimental environment it provides. There is always a problem to solve and an amazing result when the limit is pushed. She enjoys the calm and quiet shooting environment of underwater and likes to portray that feeling in her photographs. The pool is like a studio, with water instead of air. It is important to Mallory that she create concepts and stories in her work and not rely only on the wow factor of the environment. |
