After years of contemplation and planning welcome to the first official "glitterguru
Beauty Workshop" A true look behind the scenes in capturing some of Suzette's world
famous images. And her first class instruction on how you can create your own beauty
images. This course is designed to give you exciting new ways to think about YOUR
images and amazing techniques that will change your work forever!
While we would love to have 50 people attend this workshop, we only have space for
10 people so register now before the workshop sells out!
The Details:
The glitterguru's Weekend Beauty Workshop- $950
June 1st- Friday night meet and greet- 7pm-10pm
June 2nd- Saturday 8am to 6pm
June 3rd -Sunday 8am to 5pm
This workshop is a combination of:
"Planning: SO many shoots go very wrong right from the beginning due to poor pre-production. Learn the process for creating the perfect shoot including but not limited to the importance of Casting, Make Up, Style, And Design. Also learn about lighting layout before the shoot, a key to all great pre-production.
Shooting: This course has a big emphasis on hands-on shooting with the glitterguru as your guide. Learning to build that rapport with a live model in front of you is not for the week of heart. Suzette will teach how to talk and guide a model so you get the image you have envisioned. To allow for one-on-one attention with everyone involved this class size will be limited to 10 photographers maximum. We want to challenge you, support you, and inspire you, and have you leave with ROCKIN images!
Lectures and Critiques: To succeed in one of the most competitive yet exciting fields of photography Suzette will give you the step by step training you need to be able to plan, execute, edit and deliver a successful beauty shoot. Throughout the weekend the will be impromptu discussions and lessons. You will also have your own time with Suzette at the Friday evening meet & greet to review your portfolio and learn what clients and art directors are looking for in a portfolio. This is worth the price of admission alone.

Bring your camera and shoot with a fantastic crew, we will provide studio lighting & portable lighting if on location. You will experience the critical value of a good crew, working with LA's top professional models, make-up artists and stylists which are all essential for creating high quality beauty images. This creative crew will come together for this fast moving, action packed day of amazing creative flow.
Workshop Handbooks are provided for all participants containing illustrated images & lighting techniques, how to set up a shoot and some of the guru's latest tips and tricks."
