Whitney Sherman, President of ICON5, announced Mark Heflin as the new director. In this position, Mark will oversee many of the day-to-day needs of ICON and facilitate the boards needs, though he will not have a voting position. He will also serve on the Transition Team with Martha Rich and Fernanda Cohen both of whom will continue on the ICON6 board.
The new ICON6 board members are [in alphabetical order] Alex Bostic, Soojin Buzelli, Troy Doolittle, Michael Fleishman, Andy Hayes, John Hendrix, Melanie Reim, Mark Todd, and Jaime Zollars.
The ICON6 board will announce their advisors at a later date.
Martha Rich will be serving as the chair of the Transition Team which will meet this November to begin planning.
