Leah Fasten Photographs Gustave for Harvard Law

Leah Fasten photographed Gustave and Rita Hauser for Harvard Law School; A husband and wife alum pair who, among a huge list of other accomplishments, started the Hauser Foundation. The Law School sent Leah to NYC to photograph the couple at their foundation. It was a typical 5 minute very-important-person shoot. They were so busy, but lovely and when Leah asked Gustave if she could hang out while he worked he agreed.
When Leah initially took this photograph she loved it but it didn't really feel much more than just another photograph of Gustave. Recently it seems to have taken on much more. It feels to her, the way the world feels right now.
