Dale May Receives SPD Award in Photo Illustration

Dale May (c/o Time Out NY) just received an SPD Award in Photo Illustration, for his "Dogs Drinking" image. This was part of a series of animals going on dates around the city, using animals from NYC shelters. All of the animals were adopted when the story hit newsstands.
