Craig Cameron Olsen was sent by Popular Mechanics' Photo Director, Allyson Torrisi, to cover Felix Baumgartner's mission to the edge of space. Red Bull is launching Baumgartner beyond the sound barrier to break the record for the longest, fastest free-fall. He will be going Mach 1 = roughly 700 miles an hour for a few secs...never been done before !
