Mark Hoppus of Blink 182, an active scuba diver, writes an article for Scuba Diving Magazine on why he dives and his work with Surf Rider Foundation. Ric Frazier spent a couple hours with Mark in a pool in downtown Los Angeles to some shots for the article.
