Ted Wright, multi award winning illustrator and St. Louis native, was commissioned to create the 2010 US Open Tennis Championship Theme Artwork being held in NYC August 30-September 12, 2010.

Ted, along with two other artists were requested by the United States Tennis Association to concept an illustration that would depict Tennis and encompass Male or Female Athletes, NYC, Entertainment and a Celebrity Studded Event. After submitting over 15 ideas in December of 2009, Teds work was chosen by the USTA and is now being used on all 2010 US Open Tennis printed materials including Spectator Tournament Mailings, Tickets, Official Program Guide, Limited Edition Poster, Wearables, Pins and Bags. In addition, Ted and his family will be attending the Finals in New York City as special guests of the USTA. All US Open merchandise featuring the 2010 Theme artwork can be purchased at www.usopen.org.

Ted has previously created theme artwork for The Byron Nelson Classic, Tiger Woods Junior Golf Clinics and the St. Louis Rams Training Camp. To see more of Teds work please visit Richard Solomon Artists Representative at www.richardsolomon.com based in New York City or visit www.tedwright.com.
