Viktor Koen's new piece for Nature magazine gave him an opportunity to use his hefty medical files, charts, microscope images, and chromosomes. "That's the beauty of being married to a scientist (a pretty one, just like in the movies) and having access not only to an endless pool of materials but also expert advise on call. I might not be a man of science, but I play one in my illustrations.", comments Koen.
