Lara Rossignol Goes Green with Avocados!

Lara Rossignol photographs mouth-watery avocados dishes that makes you want to run to the store and buy a dozen! My favorite is the chopped onion, fresh cilantro, lemon juice, tomato, garlic, jalapeno, avocados, topped off with tomato, hummus and cheese.
