Richard Boll

Richard Boll graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Photography from the Edinburgh College of Art.

Since 2004 he has been carrying out creative edit...orial and commercial photography assignments in London. Equally adept at working in a studio or on location, he works in the fields of still life, portrait and lifestyle photography.

With his experience in tailoring photography to the needs of his clients he consistently produces fresh and evocative image.

Awards and commissions include first place in the Audi/Next Level International Award for Contemporary Photography, first prize in the 2006 National Portrait Gallery Photographic Prize, and a commission from the National Portrait Gallery to photograph Sir David Attenborough in 2007.

In 2011 he was a selected winner of the Magenta Foundation’s Flash Forward Exchange, and received honorable mentions in the Prix de la Photographie Paris Photography Competition and the International Photography Awards Annual Competition. In 2013 he was a fine art category finalist and received three honourable mentions in the International Photography Awards. Show more
