An incredible opportunity presented itself, when Alert 312, A Chicago based hip hop group, contacted me to help them with their most recent campaign. These guys are amazing musicians and visual designers. The recent campaign promoted the groups new album, "Upside Eternal".
Plant elements, custom type, and the placement of the band members were used to illustrate the tension between life and death found in creation. The groups business model allows fans to access their music for free via digital download, which they believe is the best way to release their music.
