"Upping the Ante on Corruption,"is about the Department of Justice's tough new policies on enforcing the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The act cracks down on white collar criminal activity by foreign companies being carried out in the U.S.
To create the image, Jon Krause worked with the "Lady Justice" idea, "I cross referenced her with St. Patrick driving the snakes out from Ireland (in this case turning the snakes into neckties.)."
