Whether or not you are familiar with the Japanese manga “Fairy Tale”, there is no argue that Oliver Wetter put in a lot of work in his wonderful illustration that can be seen here below.
The image depicts the character “Ultear” and was, according to Oliver, all created with one digital brush. As a small bonus, Oliver also made sure to create a GIF, which shows the entire creative process, from first sketch to finished piece.
