There’s no secret that Jacob Hand’s love for both jazz music and photography very often go hand-in-hand (ahem). For his latest collaboration with the Chicago Tribune, Jacob was asked to shoot a portrait of jazz-musician Matt Ulery, as the bassist-composer was being featured in an article about his (then) upcoming performance and collaboration with music ensemble Eighth Blackbird at the “Hideout”.
