Jeff Von Hoene’s Atlanta Daylight Studio Has Everything and More

Mar 24, 2017

When working as a professional photographer, it certainly helps to have two great studios to shoot in. Originally built in the 1920's Jeff's adjacently located studios, Atlanta Daylight Studio and Bishop Station are equipped with modern convenience and historic character. Atlanta Daylight Studio has original 1920's metal riveted walls, a metal beamed ceiling and concrete floors. This studio has an electric shade system that allows photographers to fully control the daylight coming in through massive windows with just the click of a switch! Atlanta Daylight Studio has a full kitchen, a glam room, a dressing room and as if that wasn't enough, it also has a large outdoor shooting deck, overlooking Atlanta's skyline. Across the parking lot from Atlanta Daylight Studio, Bishop Station has exposed brick walls, a wooden barrel vault ceiling, white oak herringbone floors, a large 3600 sq ft open floor plan and large windows that also overlook the skyline. Enter Altpick member Jeff Von Hoene’s 3600 square feet, Bishop Station. The above video, which was published by Amoena - a women’s wellness company who recently used the studio to shoot one of their latest lingerie campaigns - shows just a hint of what can be achieved in this massive space. What more could a photographer wish for?
