New York City- based illustrator Lynne Foster’s latest illustration, a collage made from both drawing and photographic images, is an unusual, yet beautiful portrait of award-winning journalist and author, Omar El Akkad.
The image was made for Indy magazine’s latest issue and is accompanying an interview that they made with the investigative reporter. Omar’s new book, which centers around a young, female rebel, living in a dystopian, futuristic version of the United States, is titled “American War”.
