The sudden and unexpected arrival of the Internet all those years ago (or quite recently, depending on how you see it) has completely changed the way we interact with the world and with each other. With pros such as the ability to better connect with our fellow humans and cons such as the shortening of our attention spans, the question we now need to ask ourselves is just how much the Internet is changing our general ways of thinking. There’s even concern among some that it’s changing the very structure of certain areas in our brains, which is the main topic recently discussed in the Italian publication, "Corriere Salute".
