Anni Betts is back with some more fun and playful mindfulness practices for the little ones with “Listen Like an Elephant”. The board book is part of the “Mindfulness Moments” series (including “Breathe Like a Bear”), which teaches children how to pay attention and get better at staying focused. In the story, a young, female elephant with very big ears listens to all of the strange noises of the jungle, be they close or far away, high or low. “I had such fun drawing all of the various jungle animals“, says Anni, “especially the title character as she’s a very colorful, patterned elephant!”
