Ken Orvidas Illustrates for NYT Health Section

Ken Orvidas' illustration for The New York Times, Health Section article discusses the “doughnut hole”, formally called the coverage gap, has been one of Medicare Part D’s more detested features since the drug benefit took effect in 2006. The Affordable Care Act began a decade long effort to close the gap. There has been measured success. The gap is much smaller yet some people find it difficult to climb out and if the Supreme Court strikes down the Affordable Care Act the doughnut hole will return. Article.
