Mark Matcho Creates Covid-Inspired Art From Quarantine

[ Posted: Jun 25, 2020 ]

L.A.-based illustrator Mark Matcho has used his time in lockdown well, creating a number of incredibly artistic pieces on the topic of Covid-19. From “service announcements” about shaking hands and not hoarding toilet paper to theoretical images of nation-wide curfew, Mark has been staying true to his classic vintage-illustration style which we all know and love. Apart from his additional depiction of having mysterious chest pains (which luckily were not caused by Covid-19), Mark has also used his time in confinement to experiment with animated GIFs, as seen in the “chest X-ray” below.
