The group show “My Corona” at Ro2 Art Gallery features several gallery artists’ response to the on-going pandemic and other related issues. Among the artists featured is Altpick member Ray-Mel Cornelius, whose contribution is titled “Masks”. According to Cornelius, the 3.5 by 10.25 inch ink and watercolor piece recognizes the protection that masks provide using a more symbolic, rather than literal, depiction. If you happen to be in Dallas, TX, and are interested in swinging by the show, “My Corona” will be up and running from June 18 to July 31.
