“Did you enjoy your Weeknd?” asks illustrator Alexei Vella, who recently shared a number of new portraits, including one of the artists with the very same name. Other than the sunglass-wearing man who is “blinded by the lights”, Alexei also portrayed rapper Kid Cudi, the “Engineer” from the movie “Prometheus” (albeit in a friendlier form than his movie counterpart), and the video game character Lady Dimitrescu. Horror-game enthusiasts will recognize the latter from the Resident Evil-franchise’s next upcoming game, which has sparked countless memes on social media, all relating to the new villain's “outstanding” design.
