Urs J. Knobel's watercolors on paper were created on the island in October 2021. There are 25 watercolors painted in the format 10 x 7 inches.
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands belonging to Spain, off the coast of West Africa. It is dominated by the Teide, a dormant volcano. The sand on the island has different colors from gold to black.
