David Plunkert's new piece for Sacred Heart University Magazine was for an article about recognizing the importance of service workers in the hospitality industry.
Plunkert depicts the many facets of the industry from the short-order cook, to baggage handlers and housekeepers at a hotel, waiters, dishwashers, and many more. Many workers are not returning due to other options including remote work that also offers flexibility. Art directed by Tim Oliver.
