Mark Smith Illustrates "No Pity" for Alta Journal

In Portland, Oregon, citizens are fighting back against car thieves and stepping in where law enforcement can't. In the latest issue of Alta Journal, Mark Smith illustrated a series of images for a story written by David Wolman about the underground volunteer repo society. Mark collaborated with creative director John Goecke.
