altpick.com member and illustrator/designer Robert Weiss recently collaborated with Le Grand Magistry owner Matthew Jacobson for KCRW\'s Sounds Eclectic CD, for the Palm Pictures label. Weiss\' four illustrations appear on the cover of the CD which features original broadcasts from the Santa Monica station\'s daily radio show, Morning Becomes Eclectic. Musical artists included in the project are David Gray, Willie Nelson, Patti Smith, Beck, Neil Finn, and others. All proceeds from the sale of the compilation will benefit programming for the station.
