To celebrate the Chinese New Year, the French Post Office issues
a Collectors Souvenir Cover, this year the Great Wall of China, illustrated by Catherine Huerta.
Huerta and three other artists sign their images for stamp collectors, Saturday, the 10th of January, in the beautiful Blancs Manteaux building in the Marais in Paris.
