Max Dolberg photographs a butcher at the bullfights in Tijuana, which is today's PDN photo of the day.
After the bullfight, the dead bull is brought to the butcher shop behind the bullring to be quartered. The butcher then carries the slabs of the beef on his shoulder to a semi-truck behind the bullring to be delivered and donated to a military base.
