Target asked 4 artists, included Altpick member Charles Wilkin, to create 9 billboards for Times Square in what is now being dubbed the "NY 9" project! "This is definitely a once-in-a-life-time opportunity that I am so honored to be involved with", says Wilkin.
The billboards will be on display in Times Square until Oct. 31st so if you are in or around NYC please have a look!
