The third time's the charm for Barbara Kosoff, who created another illustration for The Los Angeles Times, which appeared in the Sunday, October 11th Calendar Section Book Review. The piece was for an article for a new novel entitled, "Erased" by author, Jim Krusoe.
The illustration was inspired by a bizarre conversation the author had with his mother about the extinction of many species of animals (among other things). Barbara enjoys the entire process of coming up with several ideas and then creating a thought-provoking and whimsical illustration.
