Altpick.com members Sam Ashley, Don Kilpatrick and Alex Nabaum were among the select group of illustrators that attended the Drawing retreat which was sponsored by the Illustrator\'s Partnership of America.
This was the first Drawing Retreat sponsored by IPA. There were presentations by reknowned illustrators Brad Holland, C.F Payne, Ann Field and Robert Neubecker. It was held at Solitude Mountain Resort, Utah, June 20-23.
Illustrators enjoyed relaxed three days of figure drawing and outdoor sketching. All in attendance enjoyed a renewed sense of celebration for their craft.
