Alan Matthews had the chance to work with the great people at Southern Living Magazine to shoot for a story covering a women's fitness boot camp. "It was a very cold morning when we shot and chaotic trying to capture the feel of what the camp is like. There were approximately 25 women and usually 3 different stations doing different exercises", comments Matthews.
