Why do We Eat the Way We Do?

Jungyeon Roh illustrated "Invitation to a Dialogue: The Way America Eats" for the New York Times Opinion Page. As a vegan and an artist, Jungyeon hopes that her preferences come through in the illustration, "I was thrilled yesterday when I got a call at 1:30pm and the final was done by 5pm. Whooooaaaaaa! I really enjoyed the story, and hope my love of veganism appears in the drawing."
