Yvonne Boyd's new images are scenes from various barrier islands in South Carolina. "I love these islands and keep going back year after year recording the changes int he landscape and in my vision of the landscape.", Boyd comments.
The color pallet and texture for these images is inspired by vintage botanical drawings. It is an ongoing project with more to be added to the gallery as they are completed.
