Alex Fine was recently contacted by art director Adam Griffiths to illustrate a full page portrait of Dolly Parton for the Washington Post Express. "This is the first illustration I've done specifically for them and the experience was great. I've been fortunate lately with some really fun jobs and this one was no exception. Adam gave me a lot of freedom to go nuts with the hair. I'm also posting some alternate versions along with the 2 original sketches.", says Fine.
