Fifty is not so nifty - Globe & Mail

Aug 22, 2012

New piece by Daniel Fishel for Globe & Mail:

"The illustration goes along with a existential essay about aging, and how young adults socialize/present themselves has changed dramatically compared to ‘old days’. The essay also goes on about telling some other truths like how when your fifty you still feel like your thirty and so on. I really wanted the image to be a collection of young people surrounding an older gentlemen in the background. To get the mood across I wanted the vines that scale the wall to start growing around him to push the idea of him aging and possibly become dated. Big thanks the new Facts and Arguments AD Matt French for asking me to work on this with him." -- Daniel Fishel
