If you’re in Miami this weekend, Tom Cocotos will be performing at the Art Live Fair (formerly known as the Wynwood Art Fair), the annual fundraiser for Lotus House Women's Shelter. Last year it was named “Best Art Fair” by the Miami New Times.
For 5 years Cocotos has been working on portraits of his friend Ultra Violet, the fascinating muse to Salvador Dali and Andy Warhol. For this performance he will be creating a new 4x4 foot collaged portrait of Ultra Violet. And next to him Ultra Violet will be presenting her Baroque self-portrait mirrors.
