Anthony made a quick sketch mock up from a tiny thumbnail he created in his sketchbook and then created the image shapes in Adobe Illustrator. "I had an idea of the feeling of the piece. I wanted it to be powerful and dark." Foronda continues to say, "I working on the image in illustrator, I added the textural qualities from scanned texture files in Adobe Photoshop. From sketch to finish, I'd say it took about 3 hours."
