Saverio Truglia completed an ad for the McDonalds I\'m Lovin\' it campaign with Burrell Communications. This was his first major ad. He shot a morning scene on a 100 year old elevated subway platform featuring their new McGriddles. The art direction was originally for the talent to be in a subway car, but since eating is prohibited on Chicago Trasit, he had to change the concept to shooting on the platform. Saverio street cast the shot using 20-somethings from the artful and hip Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago. It was a ton of work but in the end the art buyer, art director and creative director asked separately if he would produce and shoot their next several ads!
