Cuban-born illustrator Edel Rodriguez recently shot his very first short film for Billboard magazine while visiting his home country. This short documentary, titled “Uncovering Cuba”, is a look at both the country and its musicians at this point in time and includes contributions from some of Cuba’s top leaders, singers, rappers and classical pianists. The interviews were conducted by Ned Sublette.
