  • Simply Log in to your account and add/edit images and your information at any time.
  • Updating often is a great way to keep your work in front of viewers. How often is really up to you, but we would suggest at least once per week.
  • As a member, you can do that here.

  • Our email newsletter is one way we promote our members and news from the art world. It generally goes out monthly and reaches over 15,000 subscribers.
  • You can simply put your email address in the form at the bottom of all pages, or visit our newsletter signup page.
  • Find us on various social platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • Previous versions of our site have used a seperate login for art buyers. However, we have rolled those together with artist accounts so there is only one login now.
  • Members accounts have no limit to how many files can be added. Free accounts are limited to a single file. We do limit the batch uploads to 20 at a time. You can upload as many batches as needed though.
  • With the launch of our new site we reset all user credentials in order to force stronger passwords. You can reset your password here.
  • When you have an outstanding invoice you will see a banner in your member area. Simply click the link to make payment. You will also receive an emailed invoice as well.
  • We now partner with PayPal for payment processing. You can pay by credit card or by PayPal balance. Whatever is easier for you.
  • We suggest you apply proper and descriptive keywords to your profile. Scroll to the bottom here to do that. It is also helpful to have your address and contact information correct as well.
  • Our search functions similar to most web search engines. You can add a '+' in front of a term to require it. You can also out a '-' in front of a term to be sure it does not exist in the found set. You can also search for phrases by adding quotes around your phrase such as: "find this exact phrase". If you wanted to find a photographer who matches to "b&w flag" who lives in New York you could search for: +photographer +"b&w flag" +"new york"
