Chris Smith, aka "subtexture" is a Brooklyn-based designer and visual artist. who specializes in developing visual solutions for clients in the fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle industries. He travels often and incorporates his love of women, cars, highways and the open road into his art and live events. He utilizes a wide range of media in his work—including: collage, painting, letterpress printing, and digital imaging. His slotcar racing events have been talked about on the trend-casting blogs, his shirts have been sold at hipster boutiques and his graphics have been used by many corporations and numerous unknown bands.
