Lisa Predko had a fun day “playing dress up” with mixologist Julia Momose, whom she got to shoot for the cover of Chicago Magazine. Momose, who Lisa can attest was both “incredibly lovely and sweet” during their time together, used to be the head bartender at upscale restaurant and bar, Green River, in Chicago, and was named one of the best mixologists in the country last year by Food & Wine magazine. After the shoot was over, Julia offered to make one of her signature cocktails, giving Lisa and her team a good excuse to break out their special “pink elephant” glasses.
