On April 22, the world celebrated its 50th year of Earth Day, a day made solely in order to demonstrate support for environmental protection.
Illustrator Paul Garland celebrated the day by sharing an excellent, yet thought-provoking new piece, titled “Fragile Earth”. Like the fragile wings of a butterfly, the Earth’s beauty is not to be taken for granted, as it can easily be taken away from us if we continue to act carelessly. Garland’s message is simple, yet important: “Let’s look after our planet!”
